How Working Together Looks

1. Intro Call – We briefly discuss your business, current bookkeeping, and what you want help with.

2. Review of Your Current Records –

• If you already use QuickBooks Online, you add me as an accountant user so I can review the books.

• If you don’t use QuickBooks yet, you can send the last few months of bank/credit card statements so I can understand transaction volume and organization level.

3. Quote & Agreement – After reviewing transaction volume and organization level, I provide a flat monthly price or cleanup quote.

4. Bookkeeping Begins – Once approved, I categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and bring everything current.

5. Monthly Updates – Each month your books are updated and financial reports are sent directly to you so you can clearly see where your business stands.

Every business is different, so bookkeeping is priced based on monthly transaction volume and complexity rather than hourly billing.

Most ongoing monthly clients fall between:

$150 – $500 per month

You’ll know the exact price before any work begins.

After a short call and review of your books, you’ll receive a clear flat monthly price — no surprises or changing hourly fees.

Cleanup or catch-up work is quoted separately depending on how many months need correction.
